MyMart™

Your account

The “Your account” page is your home on MyMart™ whether you are on your phone or on your computer. From here you can see items you have bought or are bidding on, how the items you are selling are doing and find out the status of any items you are watching.

Account summary

The main page of the “Your account” section shows you a summary of all your activities on MyMart™. You can see more details by selecting an option from the “Buying” or “Selling” menu, or by clicking on an individual item.

Account settings

From the “Account settings” section, (when you are online this is located in the left hand column), you can edit your profile, update your details, change your password and your communications settings.

Communication settings

Your communication settings control what messages we will send you and when, by text or email. From here you can set your default communication settings. You can choose when you want us to send you a text message – when bids are made on items you’re selling or you’re out-bid, when your item closes or never if you prefer. You can also subscribe to our newsletter.

Set notifications

You can also choose different notification options for each individual item you are buying or selling. To do this click on the “Set notification” button. Online this is located under the “Buying” or “Selling” column or on the “Notifications” button in the left hand column. When you select an option for an item, the settings will be saved immediately if your browser is up to date. With older browsers or when browsing with your phone, click the update notifications button.

Watching

The “Your account” page also shows all items that you are watching – items that you are considering bidding on or that you are just curious about. You add an item to your watchlist by clicking the “Add to watchlist” button that is located on every item’s details page. To remove an item from your watchlist, click on the item to go to its selling page and then click the “Remove from watchlist” button.
